Terms of use

📌 1. Scope

These terms govern the use of VOQULI, including free training offers and paid premium features.

👤 2. User account

Some features require a personal user account. Registration details must be accurate. Login credentials must be kept confidential.

🆓 3. Free area

VOQULI offers a permanently free area. Its scope and available exercises may be adjusted as the service evolves.

⭐ 4. Premium

Premium features may be offered in addition to the free area. Prices and contract terms are shown before purchase.

💳 5. Payment

PayPal is planned as the payment provider for Premium but is not yet activated as of the date of these terms. Before activation, the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and other contractual information will be displayed during checkout.

🔄 6. Term and cancellation

A selected Premium subscription runs for the billing period shown at purchase. For a recurring subscription, renewal, price, billing period and cancellation options will be clearly displayed before purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal; statutory rights that have already arisen remain unaffected.

↩️ 7. Consumer rights and withdrawal

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the applicable legal requirements and deadlines apply. For distance contracts concluded online, any legally required withdrawal function will be provided where the applicable requirements apply to the specific contract.

🚫 8. Prohibited use

VOQULI must not be used abusively, unlawfully or in a way that harms security, availability or the rights of others. Manipulating progress, access rights or premium features is prohibited.

🔒 9. Suspension

In cases of serious or repeated violations, an account may be temporarily or permanently suspended where legally permitted.

⚕️ 10. Not a substitute for medical treatment

The exercises support speech, listening, word, sentence and cognitive training. They do not replace medical examination, diagnosis or individually required treatment.

🧠 11. Content and intellectual property

Texts, exercises, graphics, audio content, software, design and other VOQULI content are protected where applicable by law. Use outside the intended service is permitted only to the extent allowed by law or with permission.

🛠️ 12. Availability and changes

Maintenance, technical issues, security measures or further development may temporarily affect availability. Features and content may be developed or changed provided mandatory statutory rights are not affected.

⚖️ 13. Liability

Liability is governed by applicable law. Any limitation of liability does not apply where legally impermissible.

🇦🇹 14. Applicable law

Austrian law applies subject to mandatory statutory consumer-protection provisions.
